CONTRACT
The information that you provide us with when placing an order is to enable us to charge your account at the appropriate time, deliver goods to the designated address or contact you should we have a query.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards. On line debit or credit card payments can be made only in pounds sterling, through our secure system. Your credit or debit card will only be charged at the point of despatch of your order.
CUSTOM REGULATIONS
Items ordered from us for delivery outside the UK may be subject to taxes and import duties on arrival at the destination country. Your local customs office should be able to help you with further information.
CUSTOMISED RUGS
Custom made rugs cannot be returned for credit if you the customer have made an error with any part of the order detail. If the error is on the part of e-quester.com, either a full refund will be offered or a suitable replacement will be sent at our cost.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation of customised orders is only permitted within 2 working days of our confirmation of order.
DESCRIPTIONS
Every effort has been made to ensure that all descriptions, prices and sizes are correct. It should be noted however that colour charts shown are for guidance only and some variance may occur. If you are unsure of the colours you require ask for sample fabric cuttings and we will be happy to send them to satisfy yourself before purchasing.
AVAILABILITY
Our policy is to send out non-customised orders within 1 working day of confirmation of order on a 24 hour next day service for goods to mainland UK (delivery service may vary for other areas)
For customised orders our policy is to despatch goods within 10 working days from confirmation of order. Should there be any change to this timescale you will be advised accordingly.
RETURNS POLICY FOR NON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
No goods should be returned without prior agreement. Please telephone 01539 728398 first. If the goods you have purchased are unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, provided we are notified within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and are returned unspoilt and in the original packaging we will offer a refund or exchange. You will be required to pay for the return and a receipt must be obtained to prove despatch. You should enclose your name address, post code and a contact telephone number within the packaging and send to:-

HEALTH & SAFETY
It is regretted that owing to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 we cannot accept back for query or credit any horse rugs that are not clean and dry and that contravene the above act.
